.451 muzzle loading target rifle. A hook breech barrel, cold hammer forged by Heym, Germany, Henry rifling, 24” twist and a brown finish. The rest of the rifle was made and assembled by Helmut Mohr in Germany and styled from an original Henry target rifle. The stock is of AA quality American Maple with chequered pistol grip and fore stock. The end of the stock is black polished horn. All the furniture has been nitrated to prevent rust and finished to a high polish. It has scroll engraving on the lock plate, trigger guard and top of the butt plate. The butt plate end is chequered. Sights are in metric with adjustment for elevation on the back sight and wind on the foresight. This is a highly accurate rifle and has won competitions at 100 yds to 500 yards. It will shoot to 600 yards. My reason for offering this rifle for sale are age related problems. It comes with a case, the original bullet mould and sizer supplied with the rifle, spare nipples and ram rod.
